New corporate strategy
At the conference of our company, we have presented the new corporate strategy for the 5 following years. Its basis is especially increasing the corporate know-how in the sphere of POP / POS, profiling as a knowledge company and, except the stable growth and acquisition of new clients, also strengthening our own PR.
“The company Dago operates at the market for 19 years already and during that time the firm has built a strong internal know-how, which it has implemented into all of its realized projects. This year, we would like to introduce a special knowledge system DAGO CIS (DAGO Complex In-store Solution), which will multiply the efficiency of POP solutions thanks to sophisticated analyses and theoretic-practical know-how, DAGO will be able to offer to its clients,” said Martin Vorel, Director of the Company.
In the year 2012, we plan a personnel growth as well as a regional and segmental expansion into the spheres of pharmacy, hobby and finance. „Nowadays, customers are more sensitive to the efficiency of project POP solutions. For this reason, we have introduced three specific price categories, which are taking client´s needs into consideration: always it is not necessary to have a luxury POP, sometimes cheaper generic processing can be used for a concrete need,” Marek Končitík, Commercial and Marketing Director of DAGO, explains the actual situation at the market. In addition to strengthening the internal team and knowledge basis, this year, Dago seeks also to develop its own brand. „We started a co-operation with Mrs. Alžběta Pavlínová from the Association of PR professionals ADison. We plan to launch a new website and improvement of the communication with the public,” Martin Vorel specified the plans.
