In this year’s prestigious SHOP! France Awards (previously POPAI Awards Paris) we have two champions. There were nominated the Sensodyne Nourish shop-in-shop in the Health and Pharmaceuticals Category (cardboard POS) and the Christmas pallet display of Pilsner Urquell in the Beverages Category (also cardboard POS). The winners will be announced on 15th June 2023 at a Gala Evening in Paris.
With the received nominations, we have the opportunity to follow up on last year’s success, when we won the golden statue of an Indian for the Nescafé Dolce Gusto & Starbucks shop-in-shop. The Sensodyne Nourish display won the Popai Awards CE in the autumn, and this success motivated us to enter the international competition with the project. Customers could see the realization in Albert stores, and together with the presentation of Sensodyne Nourish therapeutic toothpaste, it attracted attention with its shape as tooth and toothpaste. At the same time, the display was based on the main features of the new series, which are natural ingredients and sustainable packaging materials.
The second nominated project was created for the leader of the segment, the Pilsner Urquell brand for the Christmas holidays, to which the premium brand inherently belongs. A unique element of the display is the HoloFan, which dominates the centre of the symbol of the Pilsen brewery, the Jubilee Gate, and which projected the Pilsner Urquell Christmas spot.
SHOP! France is an association working in the interest of advertisers – brands and distributors, creatives/producers working in the field of marketing at the point of sale. It implements studies, and offers continuing education programs and thematic conferences. Another activity of the association is the publication of the Communication and Marketing Guide at the point of sale. It also participates in the organization of the MPV Trade Fair and SHOP! Awards that recognize the best POS displays, commercial furniture, and digital media.
